Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Oakham (commutable from Leicestershire, Corby, Peterborough)
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time

The Role
We're recruiting a Finance Manager to support the company's largest customer account. You'll work closely with commercial and operational teams, providing insight, analysis, and strategic guidance to improve performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve efficiency and margins
• Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Deliver financial modelling, pricing, and margin analysis to support strategy
• Present clear financial insights to senior stakeholders and influence key decisions

About You:

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
• Confident communicator with excellent analytical and Excel skills
