Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarm systems
• Control access to premises and verify identification
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms appropriately
• Write detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents
• Provide excellent customer service while enforcing site policies
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders if necessary

Requirements:

• Valid SIA
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in stressful situations
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
• Previous experience in security or related field is an asset
