Job Description

A Litigation Legal Secretary is required for a top Legal 500 law firm in the West End, on a full time basis.

This is an office based role and you are required to have at least 1 years experience working as a Litigation Legal Secretary, but no more than 4 years experience.

Key Responsibilities for this Litigation Legal Secretary Vacancy:
  • Supporting the Litigation fee earners with administrative tasks
  • File management
  • Diary management
  • Audio and copy typing
  • Preparing forms or documents for court
  • Arranging appointments
  • Opening and closing files
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals
  • Data processing and management
Requirements of the Litigation Legal Secretary:
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
  • Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused
