Job Description

A Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required for a top Legal 500 law firm close to Dunmow on a full time basis.

This is an office based role and you are required to have at least 1 years experience working as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary, but no more than 4 years experience.

Key Responsibilities for this Conveyancing Legal Secretary Vacancy:
  • Supporting the Conveyancing Fee Earner with administrative tasks
  • File management
  • Diary management
  • Arranging appointments
  • Opening and closing files
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals
  • Data processing and management

Requirements of the Conveyancing Legal Secretary:
  • Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
  • Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Professional, discreet, and client-focused
