Are you a data-driven CRM expert with a passion for crafting exceptional customer journeys? We re working with a leading FMCG group to find a CRM Manager who will take ownership of CRM strategy across multiple premium brands.
As CRM Manager, you ll be the strategic and operational lead for CRM across the group. You ll design and deliver lifecycle campaigns that nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase customer lifetime value. From segmentation and automation to data hygiene and performance analysis, you ll ensure every customer interaction is timely, relevant, and impactful.
