About the Role
As Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Engineers and Technicians, driving best-in-class production support across legacy products, new product introduction (NPI) and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with design, operations and project teams to ensure smooth production handovers, robust DfM reviews and compliance with industry standards-including those required by major defence clients.
