Engineering Support Technician to join their technical team.
Engineering Support Technician The Role: - Provide first-line technical support for sales and configuration teams
- Assist customers with product and application queries, pre- and post-sales
- Manage product returns, repairs, and technical issues in line with ISO standards
- Support product testing, compliance checks, and documentation approvals
- Deliver training and technical support to internal teams
- Help drive continuous improvement and Lean processes
Engineering Support Technician About You: - Relevant technical qualification or hands-on experience in electronics/computers
- Background in technical support and customer service
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Engineering Support Technician What's on Offer: - £28,000-£32,000 basic salary
