The Role As Account Lead, you ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale soft services FM contract worth £10M
- Leading, motivating, and developing on-site teams to ensure operational excellence
- Driving client satisfaction through a proactive, solution-driven approach
- Managing budgets, compliance, reporting, and service innovation
- Identifying opportunities for service improvements and efficiencies
- Proactive, not reactive a natural problem-solver who stays ahead of the game
- Highly efficient, organised, and commercially astute
- Experienced in managing large FM contracts (soft services) at senior level
- A confident communicator who can build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- London-based (or within easy reach)
