Head of Production & Technical

My client is searching for an experienced Head of Production professional to lead and evolve their Production and Technical Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal to the delivery of immersive brand experiences that inspire emotion and elevate storytelling.

As Head of Production, you'll oversee the Production Management team, warehousing, and workshop functions. You'll drive continuous improvement, champion innovation, and ensure quality assurance across all operational touchpoints. You'll be responsible for refining production standards, streamlining processes, and delivering value for money to clients.

You'll manage the P&L of internal workshop and AV hires, offering strategic oversight without becoming embedded in day-to-day workflows. This role requires a helicopter view directing, delegating, and empowering teams to deliver excellence.

Client relationships are central to this role. You'll engage at a senior level, building trust and deep understanding to ensure every experience resonates and endures.

• Proven experience in a senior production leadership role.
• Strong understanding of technical operations, workshop management, and supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and collaboration.
• Confident in client-facing environments, with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable providing strategic direction while empowering others to execute.
