Landscape Contracts Manager

Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for a Landscape Contracts Manager to get started on a temporary to permanent basis for a client of ours based in Addlestone Addlestone.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise Projects
• Manage the planning and execution of landscape and groundwork contracts from inception to completion
• Oversee multiple sites, ensuring adherence to design, safety, and quality standards
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specificationProvide technical input and problem-solving support across all stages of delivery
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and cost forecasts

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager within landscaping, groundworks, or RC frame sectors
• Strong technical understanding of high-end groundwork and hard landscaping processes
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
• Commercial awareness and financial control experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

The Ideal Candidate

• SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
• CSCS Managers Card (essential)
• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline (beneficial)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
