This role takes the lead in delivering the annual performance and reward processes for the QinetiQ group, which includes individual performance management (goal setting, continuous feedback, performance evaluation, and rating calibration) as well as the annual salary review and the annual incentive cycles. The role coordinates the support of other members of the reward team, the HR Technology team and the wider People function to deliver these activities.
In addition, the role supports our Australia business as a Reward Partner, liaising with Australia based HR leaders on grading, benchmarking, salary progression and support for senior hires/exits. Delivery of this part of the role will require 1 - 2x trips to Australia per year along with occasional working outside of UK core hours to support the Australia team.
