What we are looking forWe are looking for a specialised Employee Incentives Solicitor of 4-7 years PQE with the following experience which might have been gained in a legal or consulting environment:
The team also advises on transitions into employee ownership trusts and experience of these transactions would be welcome. Reward tax experience is also welcome.
You'll need to be ambitious, commercially minded and eager to take the next step. You should be skilled at building strong relationships and delivering practical advice.
