Develop custom provisioning connectors where native integrations are unavailable. Integrate Microsoft Entra with platforms such as ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, and legacy directories. Client Delivery Deliver identity projects from discovery and design through to implementation, testing, and go-live. Facilitate client workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Troubleshoot governance and provisioning issues in complex hybrid environments. Produce high-quality technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
