• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, following the national curriculum.

• Inspire students to develop strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills.

• Prepare pupils for GCSE examinations and support their academic progress.

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued.

• Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain high teaching standards.

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent

• Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)

• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate learners

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
