What We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience Registered Mental Health Qualification with a valid NMC PIN (or equivalent professional qualification). Or a clinical background in occupational therapy, nursing, mental health, physical health or similar. Recognised management qualification. Proven experience in a CQC-regulated service, ideally at Deputy Manager or Manager level. Relevant experience working within mental health or a comparable field (as mentioned above). Skills & Knowledge Robust knowledge of safeguarding protocols, CQC regulations, relevant legislation, and local resources. Strong IT skills and experience managing caseloads, performance metrics, and investigation processes. Confident communication skills for team briefings and stakeholder relationships. Other Requirements Enhanced DBS clearance (can be carried out by the employer before starting) Valid Right to Work status in the UK. Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business insurance. Flexibility to participate in an on-call rota (approx. 1 week in 4, with additional payments provided as compensation).
