About the Role
You'll be teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging science lessons that spark curiosity and build confidence. The school offers a broad and balanced curriculum, with a strong emphasis on practical learning and student progress.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach general science across Key Stages 3 and 4 (specialism welcomed)
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons
• Support students in developing scientific knowledge, skills, and enquiry
• Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental initiatives
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and academic achievement
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong subject knowledge in science (biology, chemistry, or physics)
• Experience teaching up to GCSE level
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for science and student development
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
