Yard Operative/Forklift Truck Driver

Advanced Resourcing are recruiting on behalf of our well-established Client in the Bilston area. They are a leading specialist in the engineering & manufacturing sector and due to growth, they are looking to expand their team.

The Job Role

• To assist loading and unloading HGV vehicles
• Stocking taking for steel that arrives on site.
• Checking the stock is correct and undamaged.
• Moving steel around the yard following healt and safety procedures
• Driving a FLT Counterbalance truck (B1)
• Working with mild steel

Experience/Requirements

• Must have accredited FLT counterbalance licence dated within three years
• Happy with manual lifting
• Good communication skills
• To work as a team
• General house keeping

The package

• Pay rate is £14.10
• Working rotating days 7am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday (must be flexible on start and finish times)
• 12-week temp to perm
