Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor 4+ PQE National Firm Nottingham
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a non-contentious construction solicitor with 4+ years' PQE to join the well-regarded construction team of a top-tier national firm, based in their thriving Nottingham office.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke and standard form construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
- Development and infrastructure projects across sectors including energy, commercial, education, healthcare, and residential
- Acting for a national client base of developers, funders, contractors, public sector bodies, and consultants
- Supporting the wider real estate and projects teams on transactional work
- You'll play a key role in the team's ongoing growth and will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
- A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4+ years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Experienced in advising on construction contracts and procurement routes for both public and private sector clients
- Commercially astute, with a practical and solutions-focused approach
- An excellent communicator with strong drafting skills
- Keen to contribute to business development and mentoring junior colleagues
