We're looking for a General Manager for a fantastic community pub & hotel in South Normanton. Salary up to £47,000 plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the pub
Nestled on the edge of a big housing estate, the Boundary is a unique business with massive potential to grow.
It's a multi-faceted business featuring a hotel, large function room, meeting room as well as the fantastic community pub which services a great crowd of regulars and local families. It also benefits from a large car park and outdoor area, as well as being adjacent to some shops which also drive footfall from the local estate.
The pub delivers a Marston's community menu but also benefits from a pizza oven. Currently the pub is achieving weekly sales of around £25,000 split 60/30/10 (wet/dry/rooms).
There is so much opportunity to build on this business and increase sales through driving local, community activity, maximising the hotel capacity and creating a reputation with the function space as a go-to for local events and celebrations.

What hours would I need to work?
As the General Manager of your pub, you'll be required to work at peak trading times which involves evenings & weekends, as well as peak trading days such as bank holidays & the festive period.

What is my bonus based on?
Your quarterly bonus based on sales uplift vs budget, Reputation score & Employee Engagement. Your annual bonus scheme is based on sales & profit performance vs budget.
