Pay Rate: 13.26 per hour PAYE (Inc Holiday) 16.58 per hour LTD
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: Temporary Ongoing, Full-time

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority for an experienced Gardener to join their Grounds Maintenance team in the Wakefield region.

Role Responsibilities:

• General gardening and grounds maintenance duties across parks, open spaces, and public areas.
• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, pruning, and weeding.
• Maintenance of flower beds, shrubs, and green spaces to a high standard.
• Use of horticultural equipment and tools in a safe and effective manner.
• Supporting the upkeep and improvement of outdoor environments for public use.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or gardening.
• Good knowledge of horticultural practices.
• Ability to operate gardening machinery and tools.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable.
