If you ve got experience in Property and want more autonomy, this could be the move.

You ll be part of a close-knit team of 22, managing a diverse portfolio of SME property clients (with a focus on blocks). Whether your strengths lie in renewals/DA or winning new business, the role will be shaped around you.

Admin is covered by a dedicated support team behind you, you ll have the freedom to focus on what you do best - building relationships and delivering for your clients.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of Commercial Property clients
• Building long-term relationships and delivering excellent service
• Driving new business or leading renewals (depending on the role)
• Working with internal teams to hit goals and keep things compliant

What you'll need:

• Commercial Property insurance experience
• Strong communicator who builds trust easily
• Someone who thrives in a service-led, collaborative environment
• Cert CII (or working towards - full funding and support available)
