Job Overview As a Technical Support Engineer / Manager, you will be the first line of technical assistance for our customers, firstly with installing larger printing equipment such as Ink-jet systems and photobook makers and then helping to troubleshoot, resolve, and accelerate issues related to our wide range of photographic and printing products.
