Key Responsibilities Lead detailed as-is discovery across card issuing, processing, and payments workflows Define and document clear to-be operating models, process flows, and system interactions Translate business and product requirements into high-quality documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps) Work closely with Product Owners to shape and refine roadmap initiatives Facilitate workshops across Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams Drive impact assessments and gap analysis across payments platforms Support UAT, defect triage, and production readiness activities Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery Required Experience Strong payments experience (essential) Issuing, prepaid, virtual cards, digital wallets Card lifecycle management (authorisation, clearing, settlement, chargebacks) Scheme integrations and processor connectivity Proven background in FinTech environments Experience working with modern payments platforms / APIs Strong as-is to to-be transformation experience Deep understanding of payments regulations and compliance considerations Experience working in agile / product-led environments Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced delivery setting If this role is of interest to you then please send your CV to David Eales.

Business Analyst - 6 month rolling contract - 450 - 500 per day (outside iR35) We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst with payments and FinTech expertise to support ongoing product and platform initiatives. This role requires strong experience delivering end-to-end change across regulated payments environments.
