Regenerative farming focused pub group, with their own farm, is looking for Sous Chefs of all levels. This role offers growth, paid overtime, and a well-established culture.
Location and Schedule
Based at one of the pubs in West London. 48 hours per week, mixture of shifts, with some days and some evenings; paid overtime for any additional shifts.
Responsibilities
- Cook at large volumes with a focus on British produce and seasonal ingredients
- Work with produce from their own farm and cook simple but quality-driven food
- Support a regenerative farming-centric menu and produce-led cooking
Qualifications
- Sous Chef of all levels with experience cooking at large volumes
- Passionate about British produce and seasonal cooking
- Keen to learn more about regenerative farming
