Key Responsibilities
Providing full secretarial support to fee earners within the Wills & Probate department
Audio typing, digital dictation, and document preparation
Managing correspondence, telephone calls, and emails in a professional manner
Handling diary management, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records
Preparing and filing legal documents and forms with attention to detail
Liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties in a polite and efficient manner
Assisting with general administrative duties as required
Requirements
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Wills & Probate is essential
Excellent typing and audio dictation skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
A professional and client-focused approach
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
