Roster Clerk - Traincrews

Roster Clerk Central London Sector: Transport / Rail Operations Employment Type: Full-Time

Join a dynamic team of Roster Clerks supporting the smooth operation of transport services in Central London. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a solid grasp of Excel to help build and manage rosters for drivers and station staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain staff rosters using Microsoft Excel (manual process no rostering system in place).
• Collaborate with a team of three Roster Clerks to ensure coverage and accuracy.
• Handle day-to-day duties that are % Excel-based.
• Ensure timely updates and adjustments to rosters based on operational needs.

Skills & Experience:

• Basic Excel skills are sufficient (matching the current team), but advanced Excel knowledge (macros, conditional formatting, etc.) is highly desirable and will enhance productivity.
• Experience in rail or general transport rostering is a plus, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
