This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable and technically strong Paraplanner looking to join a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. Working closely with Advisers and the wider support team, you'll be responsible for producing detailed suitability reports, carrying out research and helping deliver outstanding client outcomes. The Role As a Paraplanner, you will provide technical support to Advisers across a broad range of financial planning cases, taking ownership of research, analysis and report preparation while supporting clients through every stage of the advice process. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Prepare clear, compliant and client-focused suitability reports. Analyse existing client arrangements and identify opportunities to improve financial planning solutions. Assist Advisers with technical queries and financial planning strategies. Produce illustrations, product comparisons and supporting documentation. Case Management Support the management of client cases from initial instruction through to completion. Work closely with the administration team to ensure applications are processed accurately and efficiently. Monitor submitted business and liaise with providers to progress cases. Maintain accurate client records and ensure back-office systems are fully updated. Financial Planning Support Prepare cashflow models using Voyant. Analyse financial planning scenarios using Financial Express Analytics. Assist with client meeting preparation and follow-up actions. Provide technical support across pensions, investments, protection and trust planning. Team Collaboration Work closely with Advisers, Administrators and the Practice Manager. Help maintain an efficient workflow across the advice process. Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance client service. About You The successful candidate will have: Previous experience in a Paraplanning role within Financial Services. Excellent suitability report writing skills. Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products. Experience of cashflow modelling, ideally using Voyant. Good understanding of financial planning strategies and technical analysis. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Level 4 Diploma qualified is desirable, although candidates with strong Paraplanning experience who are working towards the qualification will also be considered. What's on Offer?
