Key Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the high-end fit-out sector including hotels, office spaces, bars, and spas. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, finishes, and construction techniques for luxury projects. Qualifications: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. Candidates working towards MRICS qualification are a plus. Technical Skills: Familiarity with QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildertrend) and advanced MS Excel for cost tracking and reporting. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure cost accuracy and alignment with project budgets.
