Your new role
As Management Accountant, you'll play a key role within the finance team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. You'll be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, overseeing treasury functions, and supporting wider financial operations. This includes month-end close, VAT returns, stock reconciliations, and assisting with audit preparation. You'll also collaborate with commercial and IT teams to ensure consistent reporting and support the Accounts Payable and Receivable teams when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need strong experience in management accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a fast-paced environment. You should be confident with month-end processes, VAT returns, and reconciliations. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential. Experience with ERP systems and a proactive approach to problem-solving will also be highly beneficial.
