Student Advisor Administrator Temporary Leeds City Centre
Student Hub Advisor (2 months temp)
- 1x 37-hour full-time role (Mon-Fri)
- 2x 18-hour part-time roles (Mon-Sat)
Here at Hays, we are working with a higher education institute based in Leeds City Centre to recruit several temporary positions based within their Student Hub team. You will be working within the Student Experience team and be the first point of contact for the students at the university, providing support across different platforms. These will initially be 2-month temporary assignments, paying £13.50 per hour.
You will need to be a strong listener, and you will be attentive and offer a tailored solution to the students' needs.
Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for student enquiries and supportCommunicate effectively via phone, email, live chat, messenger, and in-personProvide innovative and customised solutions to student issuesEnsure a high standard of customer service for all students and faculty
Experience required:Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a student-facing roleStrong communicator, with experience of communicating across a range of platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in administration and IT literacy (MS Office and Salesforce)Strong organisational skills and time-management skills
