Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to define project requirements and deliver feasibility studies, cost reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Prepare and manage tender processes, contract awards, and related documentation, including schedules of works. Demonstrate a good knowledge of contracts (particularly JCT) and manage claims, variations, and dispute resolutions.
