Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. Ensure compliance with safety regulations regarding ammonia refrigeration and other hazardous materials. Familiarity with plumbing systems as they relate to Refrigeration installations. Ability to perform appliance repairs and property maintenance tasks effectively.
