Your Role Will Include:

Teaching a full class in line with the national curriculum, with support from experienced phase leaders and teaching assistants

Creating a safe, encouraging classroom where pupils feel confident to express themselves and take risks

Planning creative, purposeful lessons that support progress across academic, emotional, and social development

Collaborating with colleagues, SEN staff, and parents to ensure every child gets the support they need
What They re Looking For:

QTS (or expected award of QTS by September 2025)

A passion for teaching and a desire to make a real impact in your first school

An open, reflective mindset and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues

Patience, creativity, and consistency especially when supporting pupils with additional needs

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
