Security Project Supervisor - North West
Up to £45,000 basic
North West Full-time, Permanent
I'm working with a leading security provider to recruit an experienced Project Supervisor to join their growing team in the North West. This is a key role overseeing the delivery of security projects from start to finish - managing engineers, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
You'll take ownership of the project lifecycle, from planning and resourcing through to final commissioning and handover. It's a hands-on position suited to someone with a background in security or M&E, who's confident leading teams, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring smooth delivery on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise project teams (direct and subcontract labour)
- Plan and coordinate site activity to align with project timelines
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout
- Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and labour planning
- Monitor performance and drive improvements using KPIs and best practices
- Ensure all RAMS, CDM, and Health & Safety standards are met
- Deliver full project documentation and commissioning on completion
- Support recruitment and development of engineering teams
- Solid experience delivering projects in security or M&E sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- SSSTS / SMSTS preferred
- Knowledge of RAMS, CDM, and site H&S compliance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
