Air Conditioning Service Manager

The client is a well established HVAC company based in North Hertfordshire, they cover all over the M25 and London areas and deal with some very important blue chip clients. Their staff turnover is very low as the engineers are very well rewarded for hard work, They are looking for employees who see it as a career move with a long road ahead of them.

They are recruiting for an air conditioning service manager , you will be:-

• Based from their office in Berkhamsted in north Hertfordshire 99% of the time with the occasional site visit to help out an engineer
• Looking after a team of 20 air conditioning engineer
• Making sure the serviced and maintenance team is running smoothly
• Dealing with daily work orders, assisting with quotes, dealing with engineer compliance
• Offering technical support to any air conditioning engineers with issues on site

Skills needed to be an air conditioning service manager

• A proven past track record within air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF and small chillers
• Be living within travelling distance to their office in north Hertfordshire
• Have experience working as a service manager or operations manager or team leader within the air conditioning industry
