Our client, a recently rebranded UK principle contractor, seek a self starting, professional and experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver large scale M&E packages for major new Government framework builds. You will be an MEP project manager that has a demonstrable track record in successfully coordinating specialist trade contractors and various stakeholders.

The Role:

Successful track record in delivering large scale M&E packages/schemes.

Lead by example, communicating and galvanising the relevant teams and stakeholders.

Look ahead programming - strong project planning and construction foresight.

To ensure that the installation of MEP systems meets quality standards and complies with regulations.

Commercially aware, ensuring the project stays on track and within financial limits.

Safety conscious - maintaining safety on the construction site, ensuring that all work is performed according to safety protocols.
