Site Manager - FIRE COMPARTMENTATION

CJS Recruitment are looking for Site Managers for a large and expanding construction company. We are looking for somone who has strong knowlege in fire compartmentalisation. This role requires in-depth knowledge of passive fire protection methods and building regulations related to fire safety.This role is for Day and Night work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

- Manage daily site operations, including labour, materials, subcontractors and equipement.

- Implement and manage Health and Safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements (RAMS)

- Ensure accurate documentaion is maintained including site diaries, inspection records and compliance certificates.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior managment.

- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS;

- Proven experience in the construction industry - Ideally in Fire Protection

- Strong understanding of Fire Compartmentation principles, Passive fire protection systems and relevant UK fire safety regulations

- Strong leadership and great communication skills to manage teams and liasing with clients, engineers, labourers.

- SMSTS / SSSTS

- CSCS

- First Aid at Work

- Asbestos awareness

- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
