This is an opportunity to join the friendly team at our iconic museum set on the seafront in Lyme Regis.
We're looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and experience of working in a heritage or retail/hospitality environment.
The Commercial & Operations Manager will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of the museum's day to day operations and commercial activity.
This position requires a dynamic individual who enjoys a varied role. It requires a combination of organisational and management skills, customer service expertise, and retail management experience.
The role would suit individuals with excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in growing our visitor audiences, retail offer and experiences. You will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity, a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes and enhancing our income generating activities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
