Our client is a well-established investment management company and one of the world's largest independent asset management firms. They are looking to hire a Client Relationship Specialist to join their team based in London.
The successful candidate will work alongside a prestigious team. The duties of a Client Relationship Specialist include:
- Acting as first point of call for a client in the absence of a client relationship manager
- Developing and maintaining relationships and sales support to the client
- Providing a high level of technical support
- Attending meetings and conference calls where required
- Responsibility for audit and operational meetings when opportunity arises
- Demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge in areas such as products, brand, and services
- Knowledge of the current investment market as well as economic issues
- Assisting with the production of legal documentation, reports, and client-specific data relevant to the client's investment strategy
As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Strong academic background is required
- Experience dealing with external clients and building significant relationships in the investment management industry
- Must have a mature attitude and work well within a team
