THE POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an excitingopportunity for an aspiring designer to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, ethical fashionbrand. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop digital and printassets that align with Aspiga's brand vision and sustainability mission.

This role will focus on designing and producing high-quality creative materials, including monthlybrochures, store POS, print materials, image retouching, and image management.

Established in 2005, we partner with artisans and clothing manufacturers, primarily in Kenya and India, to create contemporary and stylish clothing collections for women and men using natural, organic and sustainable materials. Aspiga is a multi-channel retailer generating sales online, via range of wholesale relationships and a network of retail shops in the UK and one in Barbados. We focus on selling ethically sourced, beautifully designed and sustainable clothing, beachwear and accessories.

We are looking for a versatile new member of the team; a good communicator, with excellent personal and writing skills, to join our customer service team. This person will be the first point of contact for Aspiga for helping and advising customers via telephone, email, live chat or social media channels. This will involve fulfilling and taking orders, processing returns, handling complaints, answering enquiries, providing information, trouble shooting and making sure customer feedback is captured and fed back into the organisation so we continue to improve.

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating digital and print assets for marketing campaigns, including social
  media graphics, email newsletters, website banners, and promotional materials.
• Support the design of printed materials such as our monthly brochure, lookbooks,
  flyers, and in-store signage.
• Ensure all design work is aligned with Aspiga's brand guidelines.
• Edit and retouch images to maintain consistency across all channels using
  Lightroom.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure a seamless and visually appealing
  user experience.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fashion or
  beauty.
• Proficiency in the full Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and
  Bridge.
• Strong eye for detail and a passion for sustainable fashion.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently to meet deadlines.
• Digital/Social design experience is a bonus.
