About You
Our ideal Hospitality Assistant will possess the following skills and values:
- Caring nature
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to residents' needs
- Experience in catering service in a similar environment is desirable but not essential
- Deliver prepared food from the kitchen to dining areas and serve meals in a friendly manner
- Ensure refreshments are always available
- Set up tables, tidy work areas, and prepare food areas for the next service, maintaining high hygiene standards
Experience:
- Experience in busy restaurant, hospitality, or catering environments is preferred
- Good communication and excellent customer service skills
- Team player, self-motivated, proactive, and flexible
