We are seeking a Secretary to join our busy admin team at our established Law Firm. The successful applicant will have good inter-personal skills, be organised and efficient with a good work ethic. Key responsibilities would include audio-typing and document preparation, reception and telephone duties, managing time-recordal and billing, dealing with outgoing and incoming post, filing and electronic filing, diary management and arranging appointments.
