We are looking for a proactive, driven and enthusiastic Field Marketing Associate to join our team and support our Sales and marketing efforts in identifying and targeting key business opportunities across London. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, talking to people, and understanding local business environments, and building communities.

You will be the eyes and ears of the business in your assigned "patch" of London - building relationships with commercial property managers and local business owners/key decision makers, attending local business events, and continuously gathering intel that helps the Sales team prioritise and pursue the right opportunities.

• Walk assigned patches in London to map out commercial buildings and identify prospective customers.
• Track and report on new business openings, refurbishments, and developments in your area.
• Maintain a detailed and up-to-date database of building contacts and commercial occupancy.
• Build and maintain relationships with building managers, front-of-house staff, letting agents, and key local stakeholders.
• Represent Vorboss at local events, networking functions, and industry meetups to promote awareness and generate leads.
• Provide on-the-ground intelligence to the Sales Executive team to support prospecting and outreach.
• Share insights and local knowledge to the Sales and marketing teams, that help prioritise buildings or areas with high business potential in prospecting and outreach efforts
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to coordinate and run hyper local campaigns to meet the needs of local businesses / property developments. Monitor trends, construction activity, and occupancy shifts across London's commercial property landscape.
• Identify opportunities for Vorboss to engage with growing sectors or specific building developments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're confident speaking with a wide range of people.
• Curious, energetic and proactive - always ready to bring new ideas to the table, and willing to roll their sleeves up to bring ideas to life!
• A self-starter who is comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and a good memory for people, places, and information.
• Comfortable using tools like CRM systems, mapping software, or even just a good spreadsheet.
• A good understanding of London's commercial property landscape (desirable but not essential).
• Previous experience in field marketing, sales support, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
