We are now looking for a digitally savvy Growth Marketing Manager with strong B2B email marketing and social media experience to help us increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our channels. You will work closely with our internal team and designers to plan, execute, and optimise content and campaigns that reflect our brand values and connect with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
Email and CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns using Active Campaign and Apollo, from concept through to reporting and optimisation
- Maintain and segment email lists and contact workflows, ensuring high levels of data hygiene
- Collaborate on lead generation and nurturing journeys that align with our sales process
- Ensure campaigns are tracked properly using tools such as GA4 and Pipedrive
Social Media
- Own and manage the social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging, well-crafted content tailored to each brand, audience, and channel
- Monitor performance and adapt content and posting strategies accordingly
Content and Campaign Development
- Work with our designers, copywriters, consultants, and leadership team to develop campaign ideas and content
- Translate internal expertise and case studies into client-facing content
- Support the development of marketing assets including blogs, gated content, videos, and partner lead initiatives
- Ensure all communications align with our tone of voice and brand guidelines
Required Experience
- Proven experience in B2B email marketing and social media, ideally within a digital agency or professional services environment
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different platforms and audiences
- Strong working knowledge of platforms such as ActiveCampaign, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Apollo
- Strong data and segmentation experience, deep understanding of importance for data hygiene and well defined ICPs and personas
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and confident working across multiple brands in a fast-paced team
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders including designers, leadership, and partners
- Experience with digital services such as CRO, UX, SEO, or analytics
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, WordPress, Jira
- An interest in inclusive marketing and accessibility is a plus
