What's Required?
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in a Team Leader role, ideally around Property or Facilities Management
A recognised health & safety qualification (e.g., IOSH or NEBOSH)
Knowledge of building safety standards and servicing regulations
Strong organisational and data management skills
Excellent communication and leadership ability
