• Minimum of 5 years' experience working with complex ICT systems, ideally within defence, national security, or other high-assurance environments

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively across technical teams, senior stakeholders, and cross-government partners.
• Proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced, mission-critical settings.
