Job Description

We're working with a rapidly growing, award-winning events business that's on a mission to deliver truly accessible, affordable, and sustainable events, bringing together the business community to learn, network, and grow.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hitting sales targets by generating revenue from new and existing exhibitors, and up selling/cross-selling sponsorship opportunities.

  • Winning new business from inbound leads, competitor events, and your own research.

  • Maximising client retention by hitting rebook targets at events and providing top-tier customer service year-round, acting as their main point of contact, responding to queries, and proactively sharing opportunities.

  • Keeping the CRM fully up to date with client data, call notes, pipeline and forecasts

Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 2 year's experience in B2B events, ideally trade shows.

  • Proven ability to work to targets and achieve KPIs

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

  • Commercially minded, and driven to spot and deliver new opportunities.

  • Experience with Hub Spot CRM a plus.
