Job Description

Internal Notes: Mazak multi-axis mill turn, Mazak Integrex i100ST, Mazatrol, Fusion offline programming. 18- 21 p/h

Shift: 7:45-4 30 on fri 1.5 x time and a half. private healthcare if wanted, dental, optical.

Our client is a leading precision engineering company supporting a wide range of industries. With a modern, high-tech workshop and a reputation for innovation and quality, they are looking to expand their team with a skilled CNC Mill Turner who can programme, set, and operate multi-axis Mazak Integrex machines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Set, operate, and programme Mazak Integrex machines using Mazatrol controls

  • Produce high-precision, complex components from a variety of materials

  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings and technical documentation

  • Carry out first-off and in-process inspections to ensure quality

  • Support continuous improvement and process optimisation within the machining department

  • Ensure all work meets customer specifications and internal quality standards


Programming:
  • Confident in programming at the machine using Mazatrol

  • Experience with, or willingness to learn, Fusion 360 for offline CAM programming

  • Capable of working independently to create or edit programs to improve efficiency


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CNC Mill Turner (setting, operating, programming)

  • Strong knowledge of Mazak Integrex machines and Mazatrol controls

  • Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings

  • Comfortable working in a high-mix, low-volume environment with tight tolerances

  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to producing quality work

Desirable:
  • Experience using Fusion 360.

  • Background in producing components for high-spec industries

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices
