The Role
As the Quantity Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
- Manage NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts across multiple projects.
- Conduct measurements and valuations for applications, variations, and final accounts.
- Identify Early Warnings and Compensation Events effectively.
- Produce Cash Flow Forecasts and manage invoicing processes.
- Facilitate monthly project reviews and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and their practical applications.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced functionalities.
- Experience in Civil Engineering and Construction projects is a plus.
