We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the Enlightened Hospitality Group at our outstanding FOX & HOUND'S, Houston venue.
General Manager salary ranges from 37-38k plus gratuity
20% Off all Food across the group.

General Manager Role
Experience in a senior managerial role in a high-volume bar/restaurant.
Strong knowledge of the local area.
Train and develop new team members
Banking and end of day reporting
Managing and exceeding customer expectations
Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
Be the face of the pub for its warm welcome.
Adherence to all compliance and hygiene standards
Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
